Shipping & delivery
How much is delivery?
A flat ฿50 per order, anywhere in Thailand — no matter how many packs you add to your cart.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship within one business day and arrive in 2–4 days across Thailand. You'll get a confirmation the moment your payment is complete.
Do you ship outside Thailand?
Not yet. Pink Rabbits is brewed for Thailand right now, but we're planning to hop further soon.
Payment
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
Which cards do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe. Your card is charged in Thai baht (฿).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection.
Sugar, sweetener & ingredients
Is there really zero sugar?
Zero grams of sugar and zero calories per can. The sweetness comes from a whisper of sucralose, not sugar.
What is sucralose?
Sucralose is a widely used, calorie-free sweetener. It gives Pink Rabbits its clean sweetness without spiking blood sugar — which is why our sodas are keto and vegan friendly.
Are there artificial colors?
None. The color you see comes from the flavor itself, never from artificial dyes.
Storage & serving
How should I store my cans?
Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Chill before drinking — Pink Rabbits is at its best ice-cold.
How long do they keep?
Check the best-before date printed on each can. Unopened and stored well, they'll stay perfectly sparkling until then.
Returns
Something arrived damaged — what now?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund the affected packs.
Can I return unopened packs?
For food-safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened cans, but unopened packs can be returned within 14 days in their original condition — just reach out and we'll help.
